Behind the Scenes of JLB

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, and a bit of my background.

My name is Kim and I am the owner of Janet Louise Boutique. I spend my days in the classroom as an elementary special education teacher. At night, I spend much of my time creating, reflecting, overthinking, oversharing, and practicing self care.

I am the world's proudest cat mom to my sweetest pea, Janet Louise. She is the name behind my business, and has brought an indescribable amount of joy into my life. You'll see many stories about her, don't worry!

Throughout this blog series, I will be sharing pieces of my mental health journey and how I got to where I am today. I have overcome many physical and mental obstacles, and fought tooth and nail to find my identity. Some days, I will share self-care tips and tricks, Janet stories, and product inspirations. Other days I will share about trauma and the road to managing my mental health.
